How the tool handles IBPS
Every IBPS item has an exact pixel size, so the crop box is locked to that shape and the output is exactly 200 × 230, 140 × 60, 240 × 240 or 800 × 400 px, compressed into the KB range. Dedicated pages: left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
Common rejection reasons
- File outside the KB range (too big or too small).
- Wrong format – the portal expects JPG/JPEG, not PNG or HEIC (convert iPhone photos with HEIC to JPG).
- Coloured or shadowed background instead of plain white.
- Face too small, ears hidden, or a cap, mask or dark glasses.
- Signature in CAPITAL letters, in pencil, or on lined paper.
