How the tool handles JEE Main

No pixel size is given, so you crop freely and we save up to 600 px (photo) or 500 px (signature) on the longest side – MondayKit defaults – then compress into the official KB range. Make the certificate PDF with Compress PDF to 300 KB.

Common rejection reasons

  • File outside the KB range (too big or too small).
  • Wrong format – the portal expects JPG/JPEG, not PNG or HEIC (convert iPhone photos with HEIC to JPG).
  • Coloured or shadowed background instead of plain white.
  • Face too small, ears hidden, or a cap, mask or dark glasses.
  • Signature in CAPITAL letters, in pencil, or on lined paper.
