What is Organize PDF?
Organize PDF gives you a page-by-page view of a document so you can fix its structure in one place. Move pages around, rotate the odd sideways scan, delete blank or duplicate pages and insert blank pages where you need space for notes. The file you download matches the grid exactly.
When to use it
- Put scanned pages back in order after a double-sided scan.
- Remove duplicate or empty pages from a scan.
- Insert a blank page so a section starts on a right-hand page when printing.
- Move an appendix to the end of a report.
Tips for the best result
- Keyboard users can focus a page and use the Move earlier / Move later buttons.
- Blank pages use the same size as the page before them.
- You can always start over without reloading the page.
Limits and privacy
A document must keep at least one page. Encrypted PDFs need to be unlocked first. Processing happens entirely in your browser, so your data never leaves your device and there is nothing to sign up for. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
