1. Acceptance
By using mondaykit.com (“MondayKit”), operated by Utility Cube Technologies, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Free use
MondayKit tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You keep all rights to the files and content you process. Output you create is yours.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MondayKit to process content you have no right to use, to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.
4. No warranty
MondayKit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Calculators and presets (for example exam photo specifications) are for convenience; always verify results and requirements against official sources.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utility Cube Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of MondayKit. Keep a copy of your original files.
6. Electronic signatures
The Sign PDF tool creates a visual signature only, not a certified digital signature. You are responsible for whether it is acceptable for your purpose.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
