How to scan and upload it
Sign three times in a column, with the same signature you will use in the exam hall. Photograph the sheet straight on in daylight. Crop around the three signatures only – empty paper wastes bytes. The longest side is capped at 500 px and the shorter side kept at 350 px or more (with a white margin if needed), so both sides are within 350–500 px; the file is compressed into 20–100 KB and named signature.jpg.
Common rejection reasons
- File outside the KB range (too big or too small).
- Wrong format – the portal expects JPG/JPEG, not PNG or HEIC (convert iPhone photos with HEIC to JPG).
- Coloured or shadowed background instead of plain white.
- Face too small, ears hidden, or a cap, mask or dark glasses.
- Signature in CAPITAL letters, in pencil, or on lined paper.
