Screenshots and scans into one document
Sending ten separate PNG screenshots is messy. A single PDF is easier to email, attach to a ticket or upload to a portal that only takes PDFs. This page uses the same converter as JPG to PDF, tuned for PNG files: they go in losslessly, so small text in screenshots stays readable.
Page layout options
This page starts with “fit to image” and no margin, so each page matches its screenshot exactly. Switch to A4 or Letter for printing; orientation can follow each image automatically, and margins can be none, small or large.
Transparent PNGs
Logos, stickers and some screenshots have see-through areas. Choose what they become: white (the default), a custom colour, or kept transparent so the PDF page shows through.
Use cases
- Screenshots to PDF for a bug report, ticket or claim.
- Scanned notes saved as PNG into one study PDF.
- Diagrams and charts that must stay pixel-sharp.
Keep the size in check
Because PNG is lossless, a PDF made from many full-screen screenshots can be several megabytes. If a portal has a limit, run the result through Compress PDF or one of its presets such as Compress PDF to 1 MB. Alternatively, convert the screenshots with PNG to JPG before building the PDF.
Private by design
The images are read and placed into the PDF by your browser. Nothing is uploaded – files are processed in your browser.
